- How do I access my email?
- You can access it through webmail from anywhere in the world using your browser or through the most popular mail readers you have in your computer (Outlook express, Eudora, etc) since we provide POP3 accounts. -Back to top-
- Do you back up my website regularly?

- How much space on the server can I use for my files, email, etc?

Domain Names:
- What is a domain name?
- A domain name is the address of your web site on the internet. In order to have a web site, it must have an address where it resides (a domain name) so that everyone can find it. It has two parts, the name itself and a 3-letter extension (.com, .net, .es). For example, our domain name is "estrenaweb.com" -Back-
- How do I get a domain name?
- Once you've chosen your name, you have to check it is still available and if it is, proceed to register it with the registry. We will take care of all these steps for you, along with suggesting appropriate names should the one you choose not be available. -Back-
- Who owns the domain name when EstrenaWeb registers it for me?
- You do. We want you to have ownership, EstrenaWeb does not keep any rights on the name, we just provide the service. -Back-
- How many domain names can I register?
- As many as you want. If you want to host them with us, this number will depend on the
hosting plan you choose. You can change plans at any time should your needs change in the future. -Back-
- How much does it cost to register a domain?
- For our web design customers that host with us, we give one domain name free of charge for a year. After that, the cost is approximately €30 a year. -Back-
- How often do you have to renew your registration?
- Domain name registrations have to be renewed annually. You can choose to renew for 2 years if you want to. -Back-
- Why is it important to renew my domain name on time?
- If you don't renew it on time, it immediately becomes available to anyone who wants to register it. If somebody else registers it you would lose all the rights to the name with all that implies. EstrenaWeb will monitor your domain expiration dates and renew it for you if you so wish, free of charge. -Back-
