Likewise, EstrenaWeb is not responsible for content distributed by other users through the service, or the damages caused by the aforementioned content.
- RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICE: EstrenaWeb is not responsible for any damages that the user could suffer as a consequence of the service being unavailable. EstrenaWeb is also not responsible for temporary service outages or service malfunctions as a consequence of modifications of the service, server maintenance activities or hardware issues.
- PRIVACY POLICY: Any data provided to EstrenaWeb through the Site will be treated as described in its privacy policy that you can access by clicking here.
- EXTERNAL LINKS: EstrenaWeb provides on the Site links to other websites ("External Links"). By choosing to follow these External Links you are no longer accessing the Site and therefore EstrenaWeb is not responsible for the contents of these External Links or any damage of any kind that you may suffer by accessing these External Links. - JURISDICTION: These Terms of Use are governed by Laws of Spain. Should there be any issue deriving from these terms, it will be decided under the jurisdiction of the Courts in Madrid, Spain. The user explicitly renounces his/her right to any other jurisdiction that may apply in their particular case.
